Product Care Guide
Ceramics
All of our products are microwave-, dishwasher-safe, and thermal shock tested. Only food-safe glazes are used to ensure the safe consumption of hot and cold substances in our products. Semi-matte ceramics are susceptible to superficial marks from flatware. To retain the quality of your piece and ensure longevity, we recommend washing with a non abrasive cloth or sponge in warm soapy water to remove any residue.
Stoneware
Our stoneware collections are extremely durable, dense dinnerware for all occasion. To remove tough stains or some stuck-on foods from stoneware, we recommend using a paste out of vinegar and baking soda and gently rubbing along the surface with a damp, non abrasive cloth. To remove grease from your stoneware piece, juice half a lemon and use a damp cloth to rub the lemon juice into and around the affected areas.
Bakeware
Safe for stove top and oven up to 420 °F. Use a tiny bit of oil or butter to lightly and evenly coat the inside surface each time you cook. Always use wooden, silicone, plastic or nylon spoons and spatulas to portion and serve from your bakeware. Always allow your cookware to cool down before cleaning. To remove stains, we recommend soaking your bakeware with warm soapy water before hand-washing or putting your piece in a dishwasher.
Flatware
Our flatware is made of ceramics, which is also microwave- and dishwasher-safe. We recommend completely drying your pieces soon after washing to prevent water droplets from leaving spots. Anti-abrasive, non-citrus detergents are best for long-term care.
